Title: CA: Add La Jolla Pkwy to usasf?
Post by: mapcat on August 07, 2019, 05:25:48 pm
Oscar, what do you think about adding La Jolla Pkwy to usasf? It’s essentially a controlled-access extension of CA 52 from I-5 to Historic US 101 and the most direct way to get to the freeways from La Jolla.

The name threw me off, it was known as Ardath Rd. when I lived there.

It's less than a mile and a half long. Doesn't excite me. But I'll hold off on a final answer for a few more weeks, until I'm back home.

Feels similar to Eugene's Delta Highway.

I think to be consistent we would have to add things like Friars Road, Kearny Villa Road, and Ted Williams Parkway.

I would claim them if they were added but I'm not very enthusiastic about them being added either.

This (very) old topic was recently marked solved (last two days) but not moved to the "solved" board. Did it happen by accident or on purpose?

There are more examples for AZ, CA and NV without any other notice.

Yes, I went through the Updates board yesterday, while looking for an existing topic to which I could post an article on the latest freeway opening in North Carolina (didn't find one, so I just created a new topic). While I was there, I marked as solved topics I knew to have been resolved, but fell asleep before I could move them to "Solved Topics".

I also noticed that I had created two topics for the recent A-410 extension in Quebec. I merged the topics, then moved the merged topics to Solved Topics.
