DB problem 7/11-7/12/18

Jim:
The TM database got into a bad state and stopped serving requests during last night's site update.  This made TM and the forum inoperable for about 8 hours.  I restarted the process this morning and the site is functional again.  This hasn't happened in quite a while, and of course it happened on the night when I launched the site update late and didn't check on it until morning.  I'm running the update again now and will keep an eye on it.
