« on: November 20, 2023, 01:49:09 pm »
As mentioned here, a Turkish proposal for E road changes has been approved. However, they only mention E80, E87 and E90 being approved. Full text:

15. At the last session, Türkiye tabled Informal document No. 2 which contained a proposal amendment to annex I with reference to E99, E691, E881, E981 and E982. As a
result, ECE/TRANS/SC.1/2023/1 was developed. At the Chair’s request, Türkiye tabled ECE/TRANS/SC.1/2023/1 for endorsement by SC.1. SC.1 adopted the proposal which is replicated in annex I.

Annex I only mentions E80, E87 and E90. None of them is mentioned above nor was proposed back in 2022:

25. Türkiye tabled Informal document No. 2 which contained a proposal amendment to Annex I of the agreement with reference to E99, E691, E881, E981 and E982. The Chair requested that the document be tabled as a formal document at the next session for SC.1’s endorsement.

The now proposed amendment mentions E80, E87, E90 and E881.

For E881:

There are no changes in overall reference, however, changes in route can be seen in the maps attached.

I wonder what happened to E981. Was it extended to E90 like shown on the map in the proposal?
What happend to E99, E691, E881 and E982? They are not indicated being changed on the map?

To be honest, Turkey proposed to change five routes back in 2022. It was rejected because there was no official document. The official document from 2023 does mention only one out of five routes - E881 w/o changes to be approved - but three additional routes, namely E80, E87 and E90!?  :pan:

What do I miss?
