Title: NJ: US 22 Possible Point Changes Between I-287 and US 1/US 9

Below are the points that do not seem to be right:  (following US 22 WB from US 1/US 9)

N Broad St (NBroSt) (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6975063,-74.2181759,17.97z):  Interchange seems to be more with Hillside Ave (CR 628 (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6978006,-74.2169168,3a,75y,185.52h,80.77t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1soMI4E-D2F6cnRbva4LkktQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656))

Liberty Ave (CR 509) (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.7009469,-74.2348772,15.97z):  No access to US 22 here but at Bloy St (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6992018,-74.2382134,3a,75y,283.28h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sc5-sKEGJ81enUeOwJmSQPQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) to the west

CR 509 Spur:  signed as CR 577 (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6850578,-74.326752,3a,75y,329.33h,77.96t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s8r-_dNkNIhwtb1RPLYv--w!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) according to GSV

CR 531/Somerset St (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6278131,-74.4366322,17.97z):  may be fine as-is, I am just possibly confused by the configuration here and the lack of CR 531 being fully posted (GSV (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6270047,-74.4375017,3a,75y,288.17h,76.4t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sQNUy0I_5-HzdbSVBOYiI1Q!2e0!7i13312!8i6656))

Label deprecated in favor of HilAve, and moved to the "misbehaving trumpet" (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=40.696836&lon=-74.217981)

BloySt (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=40.699162&lon=-74.238605&zoom=15) added. CR509 only in use in dgolub.list, traveling westward toward GarStaPkwy. Point deleted; AltLabel added to BloySt.

...and at the NJ 82/124 junction too. Weird -- It's CR 509S per the Union County map, and "ROUTE 509 SPUR" per NJDOT shapefiles. I'll g with the signage in the field on this one. Relabeled CR577.

Oh, Joisey! You are... Special! A pretty confusing configuration, though I think I understand what's going on. ...Enough. Leaving as-is.
