AS NE2 pointed out at the AARoads forum (now back up and running), many of the Arkansas approvals seem to ratify reroutes done long ago, and so might not require us to do anything.

All of them, in fact. No action required.

New York US 220 Eliminate: Between Chemung St (CR 60) of I 86/NY 17 (Exit 60) and New York-Pennsylvania State Line just north of junction requires clarification
I would parse the text in the PDF as "Between Chemung St (CR 60) and New York-Pennsylvania State Line just north of junction of I 86/NY 17 (Exit 60)", which is straightforward enough. With no application from PennDOT, it looks like the NY segment gets zapped, clean & easy, and the PA segment stays as-is. There's precedent for this: US46 exists only in NJ, and ends at the NY state line.

Texas US 87 Relocation: Between: 1.3 miles north of Farm To Market Road 700 and the intersection US 87 and 1-20 (west of the city of Big Spring).
Still under construction. Added to Texas outlook (http://tm.teresco.org/forum/index.php?topic=1808.msg6340#msg6340).

It looks, from the application, that US 12 in Baraboo will be moved to a new bypass when it's completed. Complicating the redesignation of the old alignment as a business route is that there are already two US 12 business routes on that stretch.

I'll leave it to Jeff to sort it out, but at least there apparently will be no break in US 12 in WI.

We should wait until the signage is changed to I-87 and redo both segments to reflect the new exit numbers.

Kind of a stupid minor reroute.  I would have personally ended it at US-19/27/98 on the reroute along CR-105 and unhid the state route number for the small orphaned segment south of town between US-27 & US-19/98/27Alt.  But, whatever floats FDOT's boat. lol.

Georgia US 129 Relocation: Between NE of Gray and SW of Gray requires clarification

Per page 94 of the Part 1 document:

"Beginning at the junction of present U. S. Route 129 and a newly constructed facility northeast of Gray, then extending in a
westerly and southerly direction over the new facility for 5.50 miles to the junction with present U. S. Route 129/State
Routes 11, 18, 22/U.S. 129 southwest of Gray."

Page 90 indicates that this is on the "Gray Bypass" (GMaps (https://www.google.com/maps/@33.0104248,-83.5523561,14z), OSM (http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=14/33.0065/-83.5565)).

The document does not, however, indicate how or if it affects the routing of GA 11, GA 22, or GA 44. All US highways in Georgia have at least one underlying state route, so some rerouting (or creation of a new route) would be required. My best guess would be that GA 22 uses the new bypass in its entirety, but I currently have no evidence for that.

Complicating the redesignation of the old alignment as a business route is that there are already two US 12 business routes on that stretch.
My takeaway is that both routes will be connected, via a short stretch of current US12: WI US12 US12BusWBa_E WI33/136 (Like wow, is the US12BusWBa_E roundabout going to be demolished?)
Current US12, WI US12 WI33/136 US12BusBar_E, will be unnumbered, making for an awkwardly-shaped route that will appease the local, well, businesses.

The first is small enough that it won't affect things. The interesting thing here is that it's the street right in front of the McDonald's Museum. The second, I don't think is built.

The first is small enough that it won't affect things. The interesting thing here is that it's the street right in front of the McDonald's Museum.

I drove US 12 in that area this afternoon, to make sure I completed my nationwide clinch of US 12  when I drove the Baraboo Bypass in the morning.

Southbound US 12 traffic follows the path shown in the HB, passing by the McDonald's Museum (didn't have time to stop there, even though I worked a summer at a McD's in southern California more than four decades ago). Indeed, traffic turning south from Rand Rd. is forced by a barrier to go on Lee Street, rather than turn onto Des Plaines River Rd.

Northbound, however, signage directs US 12 (and US 45) travelers to turn right from Lee St. onto Elk Blvd., then turn left on Rand Rd. to connect to US 12 and US 45 at the Rand/Des Plaines River intersection. My guess is this was done to make that a "no left turns" intersection, and moving the left turns for northbound traffic to a better location. This doesn't quite match up with what I recall from the AASHTO application (I ran into some dead links trying to look it up this week, and didn't have time to search again), but maybe my recollection is wrong.

Jeff can figure out what, if anything, needs to be done. My guess is that with east/southbound US 12/45 traffic still following the route shown in the HB, the answer will be "nothing".

So I went ahead and did some research on this in GDOT's GeoPI system (http://www.dot.ga.gov/BS/Projects/ProjectSearch#), specifically looking for the signing plans. In addition to the US 129 move, there are also the following changes:

This one hasn't happened yet.  However, FDOT just recently made the change in their GIS data.  So, maybe the signage will be updated soon and I can make the change (StreetView was last in the area Oct '18 and no changes yet).

Similarly, one might think I'd have learned from the KS US40 debacle a few years back, but nope. I jumped the gun on the TX US90 reroute that was approved in Spring 2017. The most recent GMSV imagery shows a full complement of signage along the old route. Most recent signage is Aug 2018, EB at I-10(851). Oh bother. I suppose I should pull a KS US40 and undo the changes until I confirm it's actually signed? Yecch... Edit: Done.
I pulled a KS US40 and undid the relocation of TX US90 around Beaumont. Included an updates entry, as the changes have been in place for [almost] 2 years.
...ll watch out for (http://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=1808.msg14179#msg14179) signage, and re-add the route when I confirm.
I'll be more cautious about similar edits in the future.
As it turns out, I was too quick to make that reversion. If I'd taken a closer look at I-10, imagery from Aug 2018 should have been available showing US90 added to the new route (https://www.google.com/maps/@30.0633641,-94.1345767,3a,31.8y,14.88h,100t/data=!3m10!1e1!3m8!1sHRjU9hp-trYyWsLCWuv2-Q!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo2.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DHRjU9hp-trYyWsLCWuv2-Q%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D357.12717%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656!9m2!1b1!2i40) and removed from the old route (https://www.google.com/maps/@30.0957641,-94.1032536,3a,15y,112.52h,93.94t/data=!3m9!1e1!3m7!1s14pEEtPKgcxwOSpnjenT9w!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!9m2!1b1!2i40). Meanwhile, Mar 2020 imagery at the west end of the relocation shows updated (https://www.google.com/maps/@30.0682784,-94.133548,3a,16.3y,289.9h,91.75t/data=!3m11!1e1!3m9!1sztb_-8uUKDQ5Dv1OC_TYSw!2e0!5s20200301T000000!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3Dztb_-8uUKDQ5Dv1OC_TYSw%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D271.6015%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192!9m2!1b1!2i40) signage (https://www.google.com/maps/@30.0676973,-94.1342095,3a,21.5y,14.79h,94t/data=!3m10!1e1!3m8!1sfOHRwz4kfmDkGeblhihQYQ!2e0!5s20200301T000000!7i16384!8i8192!9m2!1b1!2i40).

I'll reinstate the changes, and commit along with phase 2 of the Big Spring bypass (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=1832.msg20441#msg20441).

US 129 in Gray, GA, was taken care of in this thread (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=2399.0).

The second one (a new bypass for US 45 (https://www.chicagotribune.com/suburbs/lake-county-news-sun/opinion/ct-lns-moran-millburn-bypass-open-st-1009-20191008-63iqfnsguvhcpdmgkvgoirpn3a-story.html) (note that you could be affected by the paywall)) was completed in September 2019.  The only point currently in that area in the HB is an invisible shaping point along the old route.
