Title: NC: Missing connection for NC126/NC181

Drove through parts of Morganton on Sunday and noticed this today when updating our file.  NC126's eastern end is at NC181 on the west side of Morganton.  It properly has a waypoint for NC181.  But, when I went to NC181, I noticed that there is no corresponding point for NC126.  This would be between SpaRd and US64.
