Title: Bad site update 5/20

The site update on the evening of 5/20 produced a bad DB file, effectively taking all TM functionality offline.  I believe I have fixed the bug and a new site update is running.  Hopefully we'll be back to normal operation very soon.

I believe I've fixed it - let me know if anything looks broken.
