Title: Shield generator error?

I just tried to open two Newfoundland/Labrador files in the HB. Both attempts failed. All that was displayed was "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'strlen' (T_STRING) in /home/www/tm/shields/shieldgen.php on line 202"

It would be nice to set things up so that if shield generation fails, the HB otherwise works. I consider the shields much less important than the rest of the HB.

Problem went away, now working.

There have been a few updates to that code today.  I think the first broke it, and another quickly addressed the error.
