PA: PA 741 Western Terminus

I am going to be truncating its western endpoint to Commercial Ave.  (PennDOT VideoLog shows an "END Sign" here and every other map source does not mention PA 741 as continuing)

It is not posted or mentioned at PA 722.  PA 722 is posted on Lemon St though.
