The I-264(6) point on US 460 ALT (Norfolk) is still located at the old Des Moines Ave interchange instead of at the new Exit 6 at VA 164.
I believe that this point should be renamed I-264(6A) with this point, labeled as 6A, added back to the I-264 file and both points marked as closed. The I-264(6) point would need to match with the 6 label on I-264.
Secondly, is the StPauBlvd_S in the correct location? (I guess the real question is if US 460 ALT WB follows City Hall Ave or not.)

As for the St. Paul Blvd point, yes that's in the correct place, since ALT 460 follows the ramps to/from 264 West and they do split. Officially, City Hall Ave only flows westbound there. Eastbound from St. Paul Blvd is ramps-only. Google Maps is incorrect in this regard.
The REAL question is instead whether ALT 460 still ends at St. Paul's & Brambleton or if the endpoint has shifted since mainline 460 shifted to Church St.

I was referencing myself adding 311 to I-80 in PA (http://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=2720.0) when it comes to having a 6A marked as closed at the old Des Moines Ave exit.

Is anyone using the existing “6” point? If not, vanilla 6 can just be shifted over with no need to keep a point at Des Moines.

I have synched US 460 ALT with I-264 at exit 6.
Because the original Exit 6 was only a half-interchange to/from the west, moving it west the short distance (<2000 ft) to its current location doesn't change anything in meaningful terms for the rare individual who somehow has an endpoint on I-264 at Des Moines Ave...
Doing anything else creates an Exit label that does not exist.

From the Manual:
Two separate interchanges numbered 6. Distinguish them by picking the next available letter suffix for the second interchange. Number the first interchange normally.
Hence in this case, it would be 6 and *6A. I left out the closed marker for 6A.

Exit 6 is a simple interchange. One interchange. No need to split.
Exit 7 might be arguable but I would also leave as-is.
