PA: Central Scranton Expressway

As a FYI, I am planning to add this route into the HB in usasf (like the Betsy Ross Bridge).  I am working on recentering US 11 so I will put this in when I make it there.

Awesome!  We took that from I-81 into Scranton to go to Steamtown National Historic Site and this will get rid of an annoying little gap for us.
