As far as I can tell, this route doesn't exist. And if it did, it was for a very limited time. Checked StreetView at most of the major intersections along it's supposed route and there's only mentions of OH-618.

I drove through there last year. I saw several business route markers going westbound. They're all pretty faded (distinctive green US shields on white backgrounds), so might be hard to see in StreetView, but they still exist. I recall most or all of them were reassurance markers between intersections, so they might not have been in the places you were looking for them.

Found one of them that you mentioned. https://goo.gl/maps/tJ47JV9yx3H2

So, nothing to do here. Marking solved.

I was just looking into this route as a part of trip planning, and I just wish that if places were going to use green text shields for business routes that they just stuck with how Maryland does it (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.3689778,-75.5812404,3a,75y,169.44h,83.05t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sJEx1p2gegNjUM3MGhBnXVA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).
These faded shields are something that I would expect in Hopewell, VA (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.3068609,-77.2931696,3a,75y,42.34h,76.01t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sGtSLB1wVxCt6zfElbTYYdA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

Welcome to Ohio. Where our DOT does NOT handle business routes.

I actually drove OH 618 yesterday. There are at least 8 of these faded green US 50 Business shields left, I saw 4 in each direction.
