Title: Turkey: O22/E90 concurrency broken

O22/E90 concurrency is broken east of Bursa

I also suggest adding a shaping point to E90 and O22 just west of it because it looks like being concurrent to O22Dud on mapview.

Sorry, it's O22, not O20.

O22 needs to be synced with E90 after adding the shaping point.

I prefer having one thread per issue because it's usually hard to recognize the last open issue after a while when an "old" thread with a lot of discussion is still not yet marked solved (more in US though).
