Title: IL: US52 two waypoints with same name

I'm new to the forum, but I just noticed that IL US52 has two waypoints named CR9 (#30 and #57).

Nuts. This error was introduced while working on the new I-57 interchange that affected points on US 45/52. That's probably why it was CR9000.

I'd like to keep the point label on 45 and 52 the same, so the older one I'll change to CR9_Las.
