US 16 Trk and US 385 Trk (Hill City, SD)

Both routes have incorrect labels that refer to themselves (US16Trk/385Trk_S and US16Trk/385Trk_N on both).
Our normal convention should have 16's as US16_W and _E and 385's as US385_S and _N.

They are labeled as FPs. That means, it was on purpose. It's odd though and should be changed.
Nevertheless, if it's changed, please remove the FP entry to avoid "unmatched FPs".
