I-85 doesn't match up at the AL/GA border.

After doing some quick looking into this, based off where the 'MM 1' is in GA, it seems that the point for the border in GA's I-85 is the correct one, and the one in AL's I-85 needs to be corrected.

Or is there something else amiss here Froggie placement wise?

I was going by OSM, which had it in the middle of the river.  Wasn't aware of a court case which defined the border as the mean-water-mark on the west side.

I wasn't aware of this either.  I was mainly going off of all the map options we had available in the HB and noticed that all of them (except OSM) had the border on the West side of the river.  Then I did a quick mileage test from where I found the '1 MM' in StreetView and found that it matched those.

That's why I decided to comment here on the post to revive it.

There is in fact such a court case.

How precise do we want to be with point placement?

I changed this back to unsolved because, while the NMP has technically been fixed, the point is not the correct point since the border does appear to be on the Alabama side of the river.  I'll work a fix today.

The updated point has been done (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/4350).

My mind was trying to make a "fix is in" reference, but it just was not there.
