Ramps partially opened now.
Not sure of the exit number for the ramps on either Interstate.

Video footage (http://www.ksla.com/story/38438351/ladotd-opens-new-ramps-along-i-49-i-220-in-caddo-parish) shows that I-220 is I-49 Exit 210. I'm awaiting confirmation from LA DOTD of the number for I-220's exit to I-49. Once I have that I will add the new segment.
I'm also awaiting word from mwasleski regarding his intentions for usala. If I don't hear anything by the end of this week, I'll begin reviewing Louisiana's interstates and US highways, and then start expanding usala1.

It's supposedly Exit #6 on I-220. https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=23079.msg2335663#msg2335663

Thanks, but I'm waiting for something official. There are a lot of people on the AAroads forum who don't seem to know what they're talking about, so I don't automatically trust something posted there.

I expect to be there by Friday of next week (en route to Colorado), in case you don't get something "official" by then.

Great, I appreciate that.
Update: just got the word from DOTD that the I-220 exit to I-49 is indeed Exit 6. It will go into my next pull request so Oscar can re-clinch it.
