DE: DE 41 Truncation to West End of DE 2 Concurrency

DE 41 has been truncated to the west end of the DE 2 concurrency based on this DelDOT project link. The 2017 Traffic Log oddly does not reflect this though.

There is an END DE 41 sign on DE 41 SB at DE 2/DE 62 but also an assembly slightly ahead showing that DE 41 SB turns left.  DE 41 is not posted on DE 2 EB or DE 141 at all.
