Title: France: A516 Aix-en-Provence

It's a very short Autoroute (0.9km) but I think it should be added to fraa system as one of the few exceptions of unsigned routes

I went and did all the unsigned Autoroute (including the former A186, which I didn't know was former), that wouldn't fall foul of one-point-per-interchange.

Your extension brought me to having traveled 66.66% mileage of France :)
