Title: VA: I-664 at US 17

For graph connection purposes, I believe a point should be added here on I-664.  US 17 already has this point at the coordinates (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=36.865253&lon=-76.432174).

The US17 (should probably be labeled 9A) and 9 points need to be switched.  This is creating Datacheck errors as I-664 in the HB looks like this (http://travelmapping.net/hb/index.php?units=miles&u=markkos1992&r=va.i664).

oops...forgot I-664 exits are signed the other direction.

I have swapped the order and renamed the US 17 point as 9B, which is what is signed in the field...
