Title: PA: label in PA26's listing

For some reason, in the listing for PA26, the point for US322 Bus/State College is listed as US322BusAth. A minor thing...though I'm curious as to what 'Ath' was from?

I bet it was erroneously named after Atherton Street.
I've put in a pull request (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/1946) to change the label to plain US322Bus. +US322BusAth is retained as a hidden alternate to not break .list files.
