In 2015, this interchange was reconstructed so that WI73 no longer joins US12/18 for a short bit, and now travelers must use access ramps to get to the other route(s). On the site, routes US12, US18, and WI73 should be edited to no longer have a concurrency, but rather an intersection at the new interchange.
Note: This reconstruction has only caused WI73 to lose its concurrency with US12/18, meanwhile US12/18 remain concurrent through the new interchange.

Because the sort-of-interchange-but-not is spread out, I think the best solution is to keep separate points for both sets of intersections. What I've done is, on WI 73, moved 12/18_E to where new 73 intersects the eastbound off/on ramps, 12/18_W to where 73 intersects the westbound ramps, and then on 12/18, moved 73N/W to those respective points too. I also added the county road intersection south of 12/18 so anyone who wishes to de-clinch this short segment can.
