Just wanted to get this cleared up before the big 2019 Ohio Roadmeet in Portsmouth, come May.

Real, signed southbound only on Chillicothe Street. Not state-maintained, but as we see it's signed by the state.

This was proposed back in the CHM days, and disqualified for spurious reasons IMO. I'll be happy to add it, but will wait a week to see if anyone else wants to defend its exclusion.

It's worth noting that a block after the above photo, plain US 23 turns right while US 23 Business begins straight. So it's not some BS like Historic US 20 being signed on modern US 20.
