Title: NV: NV 294 northern end truncated

According to Nevada DOT (http://nevadadot.com/About_NDOT/NDOT_Divisions/Planning/Roadway_Systems/State_Maintained_Highways,_Descriptions,_Index___Maps.aspx) (click the PDF link, large file warning), the northern end of NV 294 is at NV 787, not at I-80 Bus anymore. On my pit stop at Winnemucca, I noticed on I-80 Bus that there's a "To NV 294" sign where the northern end used to be.
