Title: TN: Partial relocation of TN 107 in Erwin

The HB has TN 107 in Erwin TN following 2nd St. southeast from I-26, crossing several railroad tracks, then turning northeast on Main St. TN 107 now follows the Pat E. Brown Memorial Bridge between 2nd and Main over the tracks, steering well clear of the 2nd/Main intersection rather than parallel to 2nd.

OSM doesn't show this yet, but the new routing is shown in ESRI WorldStreetMap (in the HB's and Waypoint Editor's online map menus), as well as Google Maps (https://goo.gl/maps/oRhCMfj9ZyUMuK947).

I traveled both the old and new TN 107 routings in Erwin, between I-26 and Harris Hollow Rd., so this change will not affect my list file update once I'm further into my road trip to and from the northern Florida panhandle.
