Title: Iceland: TH1/95

The Norðfjarðargöng tunnel was opened on TH92. TH1 was rerouted via TH92, the old route is TH95 now.

I think there are more renumberings according to the map.

Thanks for the tip. Looks like a bunch of stuff moved around here, should all now be updated.

In addition to TH1 and TH95, TH92 is substantially changed, TH96 is deleted, and TH950 is created.
