I was aware of the issue when it was first raised. I see no reason to revisit how it was resolved, and so will mark this as "solved".

I think the two NV issues dredged up from Github archives also are in the "no reason to revisit" category, and warrant similar treatment. If there's new information on either one, they can be re-raised as new issues in Updates.
