DE: DE 896 at Jamison Corner Rd

This intersection is in the process of being realigned to match up directly with Cedar Lane Rd.

When the relocated Jamison Corner Rd is opened, I will move the point to the new intersection pending the the current point is still not in-use.  I do not see any real reason is marking the current point as closed in this scenario as I would prefer to continue using JamCorRd due to its role as a direct connection from DE 896 to US 301.

I'm using the point now, but feel free to just move it to the location of the new intersection once it opens. I'm not going to fuss over the few hundred feet - I have several much longer rounding errors in my list file that exist due to having entered or departed roads at non-waypoints.

I drove this part of DE 896 today and saw that the new intersection was opened.  I plan to make this change tomorrow.
