Title: AR: New US 67/167 interchange in Cabot and possible AR 38 extension

AARoads topic on a new interchange under construction on US 67/167 in Cabot that might also be an AR 38 extension.  There have not been any recent online news articles that I could find, but the interchange should be very close to opening by now, if it hasn't opened already.
