F1:
Exceeds limits b/n F131 and BarBelaUt
F813 wp should be renamed to LakUt (F813 is not drafed - not signed? - and I it's the city bypass only according to OSM)
This wp is also missing on concurrent E575
M85 wp should be renamed to F85

F2:
ArpUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.561415&lon=19.078000 (road heads to M3)
M0 wp should be renamed ToM0 (well, I would use "To" prefix b/c it's possible to leave F2 here w/o entering M0 b/c there's another road you could enter)
HatUt wp should be moved to the south where the road heads to M2 exit
GodUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.764484&lon=19.140372 (road heads to M2)

F3:
AdyEndSet http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.597507&lon=19.348045 (road heads to M3, well DozGyoUt but it would be a duplicate label)
IskUt wp should be moved to the west (CsaUt)
KisUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=48.027713&lon=20.813443 (road heads to M30)

F4:
Exceeds limits b/n F36 and F403

F5:
ToM5 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.039378&lon=19.539378

F6:
Bar http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=46.830758&lon=18.908098 (heads to M6)
Exceeds limits b/n DeakFerUt and PetSanUt

F7:
TatUt should be removed and there should be a wp at "81104" and "8104" just west and east of it
I think F8 realignment is completed west of Szekesfehervar, isn't it (OSM has it, GM not but I think something was reported on SSC); new wp required

F8:
Realigned?
Herend interchanges need new wps
GyeUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.138983&lon=17.580357 + shaping point west of it
BatUt wp must be moved a little bit to the west (also for E66)
VasUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=46.975092&lon=16.375937 (also for E66)

General question, why have you not used the 4-/5-digit road numbering for wp labels?

F11:
EgriIstUt wp should be moved to the north where there's a bridge
+X314343 wp should be moved to the north where a road 1116 heads to the south; maybe wp label could be Pil?
LorUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.793200&lon=18.741860 (directly heads to the Donaube bridge to Slovakia)

F14:
GomUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.697383&lon=17.637348 (also for concurrent E575)
RetUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.757777&lon=17.641393 (also for concurrent E575)

F22/F222:
Couldn't find any "F222" sign!?

F24:
EgriUt wp should be moved to the north and renamed to KosLajUt

F25:
Exceeds limits b/n +X685407 (which is not on the route) and KolUt

F27:
Exceeds limits b/n TanUt and RakUt

F31:
CinUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.482525&lon=19.242382 (heads to M0)

F32:
F402 wp should be renamed to F442
F442 wp should be renamed to F402

F47/F472:
Couldn't find any "F472" sign!?

I couldn't find any route list on wikipedia or the link indicated under "Credits and Sources". What's your source?

2-digit routes done :)

F7/F74/F741:
F741 is F74 on OSM and GSV; should be merged and F7 wp should be renamed

F76/F761/F762:
I'm not sure about F76 route in Zalaegerszeg; F76 is on the bypass according to OSM but the bypass is F761 and the through road F762 on GM. OSM indicates F762 for the city street. I've checked the 3 F road junctions on GSV. Only the eastern one (roundabout F74/F76/F762) indicated F76 through the city. I think it's an old sign b/c the new signs at the bypass indicate F76. I think F76 is on the bypass. E65 route would be correct but wp names had to be changed

F84:
Exceeds limits b/n F834 and F88

F84/F861:
Could see any F861 sign on GSV although I wish we could keep the route; Maybe GSV is just not up to date? In addition, I've not checked all routes wheather they're signed...

F85:
PetUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.643804&lon=17.419939 (heading to M85)
VasUt should be moved a little bit

F86:
ToM86 http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.501623&lon=17.221032 (heading to M85 opened last week; causes a DL error which should be considered)
BarBelaUt should be moved to the west where the road heads M85 exit
Zalalövö bypass will be opened soon

Generally, I think it's quite weird that there are wps at small junctions just b/c we find a name for this road (e.g. F85 VasUt) instead of having wps at much more important roads with 4-digit (unsigned) numbering.

Pretty sure they are unsigned

Tile mapping mostly.

Is it not allowed or just recommended to avoid? There are a lot of wp labels all over Europe indicating unsigned roads. I've seen it on E roads of countries I've taken over and also named my wps this way...

All routes done :)

I've usally not checked that the routes are really signed. I've just checked on occasion.

F131:
I think that the shaping points are not required at all

F302:
M3 wp should be renamed to M30

F304:
M3 wp should be renamed to M30

F430:
According to OSM, it ends at M43; I also couldn't find any F430 sign north of M43

F491:
HUN/UKR wp should be moved a little bit to the west

F510:
DosGyoUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.355382&lon=19.084411
BarTer http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=47.331573&lon=19.062658

F610:
HajJozUt http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=46.365932&lon=17.764775

F61/F611:
F61 wp / F611 wp should be removed a little bit

F651:
Couldn't find any 651 sign on GSV

F811:
Exceeds limits b/n BekeUt and F1

Again, the wp locations are generally often odd because of obsessively avoiding 4-digit numbered roads.

If it's a case of "this particular road isn't signed"then that's allowed. If it's "none of these roads are signed" then no.

I've tweaked routes to have points at 4-digit roads. Another look through might be good before I do a binge activation of several systems later in the week.

Edit: not yet redone the E roads to match - will fix later tonight.

Because they are usually signed or any other reason?

I thought about reviewing it again but I was not sure that you've finished the overhaul. If I have off on Thursday and Friday, I could have a look on it. However, I'm not yet sure that it'll happen.
