MT: I-115?

So I was messing around in StreetView and found the first westbound shield for I-115 is right after Clark St.; should I-115 be extended?
There is also an EB 115 trailblazer on Excelsior Ave for Exit 1, implying that it continues.

Granted, this is not very much distance at all.

There's also an eastbound shield assembly between Exit 1 and Clark Street. Concur. Extended.
