Title: SC: US 178 BUS US21/178Con Label

This is related to the Orangeburg insanity, but this label should be ParkSt (https://www.google.com/maps/@33.4960092,-80.8715218,3a,75y,149.53h,86.01t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sYXQQ_h_29HD2U8DmmN0BJg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).  I saw no mention of a connector route here or at the US 21/US 178 split to the north.

EDIT (9-12-2019):  The SCDOT Street Finder (http://206.74.144.42/streetfinder/Streetnames.htm) does reference this as US 21 CON.

Changed the name to Park St since I do not see any TO route signage at either end of US 21 CONN.
