Title: PA: PA 73 and PA 662 Roundabouts in Oley

PA 662 is being realigned slightly at both roundabouts at the ends of the PA 73 Concurrency.

The eastern one (https://www.wfmz.com/news/area/berks/now-open-st-of-roundabouts-at-routes-in-oley/article_a0ff31ca-d8a1-5992-9dfa-cba8861f60fc.html) is open and will be taken care of when I get time to clarify the coordinates as it is not shown on OSM.  The western one is expected to open by the end of the year and will be done then.

I clarified via email with District 5 Thursday that the western roundabout is open.  I am currently planning to field check this (and potentially a new PA 73 ALT TRUCK near Schwenksville) before making the change.

I confirmed both today, and the PA 73 ALT TRUCK route is fully posted.

I plan to make the updates tomorrow night.
