Title: PA: PA 130 at I-376 (Exit 79B)/US 22

Is there a reason that the point label is for William Penn Hwy (WilPennHwy) instead of I-376?

That's one point that IMO could go with either label.

I think it's from the original days of the PA State Highways when Tim made the file.

I think the logic here was in also consindering the "ramps" to the east as part of William Penn Highway as well.

I changed the label to I-376 as there are no access points on the ramp there.  I left WilPennHwy as an alternate label since it was in use (definitely by me so it would be recorded on my current file).
