On the one hand, yeah, a freeway ending at an at-grade intersection.
OTOH, 1PPI.
Suggest changing coords @ W endpoint to match I-74/465

I was inspired to look into usasf routes in gory detail when neroute2 brought up in the Texas Systems thread that there are several examples of partial freeways in usasf.

The Street sign at the intersection with High School Road calls the road Sam Jones Expressway, so to me that means the road continues all the way to High School Road.

Given the general lack of feedback on the issue, it seems that there's no outcry in favor of changing this, so I'm leaving it alone. Marking solved.
