Title: NC: NC 581 Shaping Points Near Goldsboro

1.  I would replace +X10 with Rosewood Rd (RosRd_S).
2.  I would replace +X20 with Braswell Rd (BraRd) and Rosewood Rd (RosRd_N).

Note that NC 581 would be having two points with Rosewood Rd in this scenario.
