Title: WV: WV 310 in Fairmont extneded from US 250 to US 19

In Fairmont WV, WV 310 has been extended across a new bridge and route from US 250 to US 19.  On Google aerial photos, you can see the route using 3rd Street, a new bridge, then an S curve to join 4th St.  The new 3rd St bridge replaces the now-demolished 4th St bridge.

Is there a news release mentioning the extension, or any photos out there from the US-19 end showing this extension?

I found two articles and a Facebook post.

I had to go back to WV this weekend, so I got a photo of the new north end of WV 310 at US 19.

Nah, it's all good.  This will be added when I get to the route in my overhaul. :)

DOPE!  Forgot about this one since it wasn't shown in OSM yet and I was just glancing at it when I did it this morning while half asleep.

I'll do it later tonight when I have a few minutes.
