Title: PA: PA 347 Extension to Green Ridge St (SR 6011)

I found out today that PA 347 was extended south to the Green Ridge St (SR 6011) intersection (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.419672,-75.6327737,3a,75y,110.32h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sosnGivJcONIEENu5B3Ecfw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).  This was confirmed by the VideoLog and the SLDs.  This should be in the HB within the next week.

I also broke the graph connection with US 6 BUS as the current connection is via a connector road (Hull's Creek Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.4851635,-75.6141657,3a,75y,71.65h,86.59t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sqs3ovFUxQABvD9R0jfSphQ!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo3.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3Dqs3ovFUxQABvD9R0jfSphQ%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D51.676052%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656)) and marked the old points there as closed at an older ramp connection showed via Historic Aerials (2005) (https://www.historicaerials.com/viewer).
