It looks like there is a new interchange that just opened in Warrenton, MO.

I am not sure what the exit number is for this interchange. From what I could gather from the site it looks like it's west of the MO47 interchange. My best guess is it might be exit 191 but if anyone has driven by that area recently, they can confirm it.
According to this, the interchange is about 2 miles west of the MO-47 interchange. http://www.warrenton-mo.org/UserFiles/Servers/Server_212425/File/ProjectInformationSheet.pdf

Nearest tenth-mile marker looks like 191.4 so it would be 191.

Yeah that's what I was thinking it would be. They still haven't updated the Google Maps or OSM, but they do have Streetview of the new bridge. The coordinates for the bridge are approximately (38.820134, -91.177658). Update: Google Maps has an updated satellite imagery but hasn't updated their maps yet. Nothing on OSM yet.

I've not yet moved the topic to "Solved Highway Data" board because I haven't seen any update to MO on GitHub in the past days (last update was 24 days ago) (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/tree/master/hwy_data/MO).
