Here's what I see:

"Active system encompass 19,400 routes for 664,304 miles of "clinchable" highways in active systems, and that total is 25,671 routes for 903,388 miles when preview systems are included."

Maybe there was some sort of transient DB glitch when you loaded the page?

No, I just think that "active system in active systems" sounds odd.

Yes, not sure how "active systems" got in there twice.  I'll remove the second.
