Title: SD: Broken concurrency between US 385 and SD 79

Shaping point +x01 in the US385 route file, between CR5 and US18_E, has no matching point in the SD79 file, breaking the concurrency between the two routes. Suggest either removing it from the US385 file, or adding it to the SD79 file as +x01(US385) (there's already an +x01 point elsewhere in the SD79 file).

I numbered the other shared points with 385 as +X3850# so I'll add the new one and increment those.
