Title: MA: I-190 at MA 2

I'm starting to enter my clinches from the Providence City Meet, and noticed that the points for I-190 and MA 2 do not line up at I-190's north end.

I believe this is a holdover from the earliest days if the Interstates.
Even if official designation / shapefiles have it bearing NW as it does in the HB now, "One Point Per Interchange" guidelines would have I-190's endpoint where exit 8 is now (with MA2's point matching).
Compare the west end of NE NE2BusNeb (http://travelmapping.net/hb/index.php?r=ne.ne002busneb).
