Just back from Bowling Green and Mammoth Cave area in southern Kentucky.
KY3145 has been extended to US31W. Currently the HB shows the route ending at US68/KY80. All the available map tiles still show the section north of US68 as under construction. The attached photo shows the signage at the exit for US68/KY80 heading NB toward the new ending at US31W. I'm not sure when the underlying maps will be updated, but since the northern section of the route is now open, it might be time to add that part to the HB.

I initially just drove the old segment SB from US68 down to I-65. It wasn't until later that I remembered noticing the route continued north. I was sitting in my hotel room in Bowling Green that evening updating my list file when I had a 'doh!' moment. The following morning I went back to take the picture and see how far the new part of the route went. I figured I might as well clinch it while I was there. :)
Hopefully the OSM map tiles (and others) will catch up to what's 'in the field' soon.
