Title: IN: IN 431

I just found out that a very small chunk of IN 431 exists.  The approximately 0.4 miles between I-465 and 96th street is still IN 431 though it is unsigned.  Was brought to my attention on the aaroads forum and I confirmed by looking at the INDOT reference post book.

Thanks for mentioning this, but as long as it's unsigned it won't be added to usain, and since it's not a freeway it doesn't belong in usasf either.
