Title: Bavaria: B286 Rüdenhausen bypass opened

The last section of the bypass is in service since 11th October. The official opening ceremony will be on 26th October. I need to figure out how the through route will be dedicated (https://www.baysis.bayern.de/webgis/synserver?project=webgis) before changing our data.
