UT: UT 137 spur to Mayfield

UT 137 has a spur segment into downtown Mayfield that's not included in TM right now, as per the online interactive highway reference map and the SR-137 PDF reference sheet.

And it is indeed signed: there's an END sign and a reassurance marker at the south end.
