Title: NC: NC 205, NC 742 in Oakboro NC

NC 205 follows 2nd Street rather than Railroad Street. Its intersection with NC 742 needs to be moved from Railroad Street to 2nd Street.

I corrected dfilpus's original post since NC 204 is actually NC 205.  There is no NC 204.  Even though it was thankfully not an issue, I do not want us to be confused later.
