NC: US-401 bypass in Rolesville

The US-401 bypass in Rolesville opened last July, the old route becoming Business 401.

US 401 Business file is created and US 401 file updated for submittal soon...

Should we add a proper entry for the US-401 reroute here to the update page?  Only thing I can find on the update page is the entry for the new Business route on 2016-03-06.
