Bosnia and Herzegovina: Some issues

• Gradski Autoput Sarajevo exit M113 should be renamed to M17 because the only TM route there is M17. There is no M113.
• A1 (Bubale) wp HRV/BIH should be renamed to BIH/HRV
• M6.1 needs a wp at Franjevacka http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=43.337295&lon=17.810318 because the author if these lines needs the wp

The Bosnian part of the country was going to renumber its roads (they are all still on OSM). I had begun drafting the new system, and so M113 was from that, after it was meant to be implemented, but before they announced that, not only hadn't they, but they now weren't going to. Changed.
