Thanks, as I had overlooked this post.

When I looked at DE 34 recently, it did not seem to be well-posted to begin with.  I have no problem with this change personally.

I'm not sure that DelDOT has officially made a decision, but I noticed that DE 34 is not specifically mentioned in this article.

EDIT (6-17-2019):  When I drove DE 41 today, the detour signs did have DE 34 on them, and DE 34 is still fully posted at DE 41.
